This card was made using the Big Bold Birthday stamp set, the icing layer of the cupcake has been glittered using Heat and Stick powder and Dazzling Diamonds, its hard to see the sparkle on this photo. The papers come from the Tea Party dsp collection, which I love. The little buttons are from my stash. The sketch layout for the card comes from Friday Sketchers challenge 91, you can find details here.
